Hello and Welcome All Runners To Joggers Nipple
This is a site for fun runners of all shapes, sizes, and abilities.
It doesn’t matter if you do a 16 minute or a 60 minute Parkrun, this site is dedicated to you.
It doesn’t matter if you currently just run to the end of the road and back or regularly tackle ultra events.
Being a ‘real’ runner has had nothing to do with, speed, or distance, or size, or shape, or any of those things.
To me, what makes you a runner is mindset.
Are you the sort of person who is always looking to run further, quicker, or just with a better-looking technique?
Someone who gets out there pounding the pavement regularly, rather than once in a blue moon.
If you can relate to this, you are a runner.
You might not be getting anywhere near the front of your local Parkrun…
…but if you are as pleased as punch if you shave a few seconds off your PB, you’re a runner.
In fact, even if you just get up out of bed to turn up each week to do the 5km, you’re a runner.

Oh yes, the best ways I’ve found of avoiding the scourge of joggers nipple is to:
a. wear a compression vest
b. apply liberal amounts of vaseline
c. place plasters over the ‘at risk’ areas
They have all worked for me at one time or another 🙂
