So, what can this treadmill offer you? For starters, it can provide you with 12.5 mph maximum speed, and it even has a 15% automatic incline.
This means it can grow with you as you improve in your skill. It has a well-cushioned running deck too so each time you land you will feel comfortable.
The treadmill features a high-quality multimedia system, including a built-in tablet and compatibility with USB, MP3, and Bluetooth.
If you’re looking for a little workout inspiration then not to worry, as you can stream the Sportstech fitness app onto the treadmill for some guidance.
It’s even possible to do a natural run that’s inspired by a real-life route. It’s very powerful, though it should be noted that it’s pretty big so it may not be ideal for small home gyms.

There really is a lot to love about this treadmill if you want high quality. With that being said, it does have its problems.
You should be aware that the treadmill doesn’t come with a touch screen or any live services.
This is a fairly minor complaint that may not seem that important to most people, however.

Well, let me tell you why getting a treadmill would be a fantastic option if you are looking to improve your fitness.
First of all, a treadmill is incredibly convenient. It’s easy enough to make excuses not to work out – perhaps your car is out of fuel, or it’s raining and you don’t want to run outside.
No damp and soggy hair anymore (although not a problem personally 🙂 ).
When you have a home treadmill you are your own master – you can even watch the next episode of I’m a Celebrity while you run.
How cool is that?
Not only that, but running can be a little difficult for some people that struggle with their legs.

Even though all the treadmills I’ve reviewed are on the more affordable side, I’ve made sure to prioritise durability so you know you’re getting a long-term fitness investment for your money.
Where possible, I recommend opting for a steel frame since this metal will provide superior durability, strength, and impact resistance.
Most treadmills will come with an advertised weight limit to ensure user safety and machine functionality.
Trying to use a treadmill that isn’t designed to support your weight may result in belt malfunctions or structural damage, which in turn could cause an injury.
That’s why it’s so important to check this information before purchase.
Size and Portability

Preset programs are a fast and convenient way to select a treadmill workout without spending too long navigating speed and timer settings.
With a range of presets, you can select the type of run you want with a single touch and get moving as soon as possible.
In my opinion, the more preset programs on a treadmill, the better. After all, no two bodies are exactly alike, so why should treadmill workouts lack that same variety?
Besides, as you exercise more regularly from home, your fitness level is likely to improve, meaning you’ll probably need to switch your workout up.
An LCD display screen will help you to keep track of things like your time, distance, speed, pulse, and calories burned. The larger this screen is, the better, as this will make your data easier to read.
It’s important to remember that a treadmill is essentially a piece of load-bearing machinery, so safety while using one is paramount.
The safety features included on a treadmill will help you to stay safe and secure during your workout, minimising the risk of accidents or injuries.
First and foremost, any good treadmill should have some kind of handlebar structure to help you maintain your balance and position on the running surface.
However, handlebars won’t always be enough to prevent an accident, so additional safety features are a desirable bonus.
I recommend choosing a treadmill that includes some form of safety key or strap that can be attached to both you and the machine during your workout.
These features ensure that, should you lose your balance, the key will be pulled out and the machine will stop, reducing the risk of further injury.
